Using the Content Calendar

The Calendar is where planned content lives. Add entries by hand, schedule a saved idea, or attach a finished video for automatic publishing.

Scheduling a post

Pick a date, add a title and caption, and choose platforms. Entries with an attached video and a connected channel are published automatically at their scheduled time.

Statuses

• Scheduled (amber) — waiting for its date.
• Publishing (blue) — currently being sent to the platform.
• Published (green) — live; performance metrics appear once available.
• Failed (red) — something went wrong; the error is shown on the entry and publishing retries automatically.
• Needs approval (violet) — created or edited by the AI Copilot; it will not publish until you approve it.

Approvals

Anything the Copilot schedules needs your explicit approval before it can go live — one tap on the entry's Approve button. Editing an approved entry via the Copilot sends it back for re-approval. Posts you schedule yourself don't need approval.
