- Content data: publicly available content fetched from your linked social media channels for analysis

- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Personalize content suggestions based on your channel analysis
- Generate AI-powered content ideas tailored to your profile
- Send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
- Protect against fraud and unauthorized access

3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Convex, a cloud database platform. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Session tokens and OTP codes are hashed with SHA-256 before storage. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Convex: database and backend infrastructure
- Anthropic (Claude AI): AI-powered content analysis and idea generation
- Social media APIs: fetching publicly available content from linked channels
- Resend: transactional email delivery
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (profiles, channels, scraped content, ideas, conversations, saved trends) is permanently deleted.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data through the Settings page
- Update or correct your account information
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time
- Export your generated ideas in CSV or JSON format
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision.
