7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content ideas are suggestions only and may not be unique or suitable for your needs. We do not guarantee the accuracy of trend data or predictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorTrend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
